U-Pack’s quote was about $570 cheaper than PODS’s estimate (including taxes and fees). Why can I not recommend your company to anyone, even though the "storage" part of the process seems to work? Why am I leaving several bad reviews with different websites as well as yours? I just wanted to pay my bill! If you really want to improve your customer service, have someone call me. Why can't you give me the phone number of someone so I can call direct instead of going around and around at your call center, always starting from scratch again each time? Why couldn't anyone else fix that little problem? Why am I so angry about the way I was treated? NONE of your agents was able to do anything except waste my time (this is probably about 10 on the phone and 5 on your chat line, except for the last person, who solved the problem in about 45 seconds! She said it was just a simple little problem! Why wasn't I put through to this person the first time around, 3 months ago. The last "agent" could barely enter the info on my credit card.
Each time I was told I was being transferred to someone who could (supposedly) help me, I was instead just routed out to a call center to start over again.
Transferred to several people each time, with a very long wait at the beginning and a very long wait each time I was transferred. At the same time, when put on hold (over and over) the music playing in the background was painfully loud and distorted. Now I use this card almost every day for all my purchases, whether online or in person. When I called to find out why, I was told the credit card they have on file for me had expired. The company rents out containers on a monthly basis. You can keep a PODS container for as long as you need it. Both options are cheaper than full-service movers. Contact your local municipality to find out if you need a permit to have a PODS container on the street. According to PODS, they are designed to protect contents from rain and snow. They have a steel frame and aluminum panels, and they are weather-resistant. No, PODS containers are not climate-controlled. Prices for coverage range from $10 per month to several hundred dollars per month, depending on the level of protection.
